Chelsea Code-McNeil

Chelsea is a graduate of the Nova Scotia Community College’s Architectural Engineering Technician Program. She has led many project teams to meet their sustainability goals, with notable achievements including the recent LEED Platinum Certification of Dalhousie's EMERA IDEA Building.

Previous to her experience as project manager and sustainability consultant Chelsea gained valuable experience in the green tech industry, where her interest in product transparency led her to collaborate with the Health Product Declaration Collaborative (HPDC) on developing their HPD online builder. Her expertise in product transparency is now shared through her role as a Casual Faculty Member at NSCC, where she instructs the "Climate Literacy for Construction Trades Micro-credential."

Driven by a passion for a more resilient and sustainable future, Chelsea is dedicated to charting a tangible path forward for the construction industry to align with the region's climate action goals.

Chelsea is a member of the Building to Zero Exchange (BTZx) team.
