Bridgewater, Nova Scotia is doing what no other Canadian municipality is doing. We are focusing our work to reduce GHG emissions on supporting those who are struggling the most in our community. Through the power of partnerships, we have been able to launch the Energize Bridgewater Home Upgrades program to carry out deep energy retrofits for income-qualified homeowners and for landlords in Bridgewater. We are grateful to the Clean Foundation, Efficiency Nova Scotia, and the South Shore Open Doors Association who are working side-by-side with us to deliver the program. Without these partnerships we would not be on our way to meeting our goal of reducing energy poverty in our community by 20% by 2026. In this webinar, we will be sharing what we are offering for our residents and how we have worked together to make it happen.
