REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Assessment of Atlantic Canadian Ports to Support Offshore Wind Development

Net Zero Atlantic has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a project called the “Assessment of Atlantic Canadian Ports to Support Offshore Wind Development.”

The project will involve three offshore wind developers – Northland Power, Simply Blue Group, and Nova East Wind Inc. – and will assess port infrastructure availability in Atlantic Canada and the necessary infrastructure upgrades to serve the emerging offshore wind industry.

Question period: The RFP question period will remain open until Thursday, September 12 at 2 p.m. ADT. Questions can be submitted to ports@netzeroatlantic.ca. Answers to the frequent and singular questions received from potential respondents will be made available in an FAQ document to be posted here following the close of the question period.
